| This on-line program Food Safety Manager’s Certification CBT (computer based training) program is accepted in over 130 regulatory jurisdictions including Alberta. The TAP program is an effective way to gain Food Safety Certification without having the restrictions of having to be in a classroom. It is an ideal strategy for those with busy schedules or extensive travel. Participants learn “at their own pace”. The course involves engaging in interactive educational exercises to help reinforce course content and the TAP SERIES is offered exclusively in Canada by Canadian Food Safety Group. *TAP is a recognized training course in Food Safety & Sanitation by the Minister of Health under the Alberta Public Health Act, section 32 of the Food and Food Establishments Regulation.
